Accommodation overview

The house (280 m2) is ideal for a maximum of 10 people.
Bedrooms: There are 3 double bedrooms and 2 twin bedrooms. 
Downstairs on the ground floor there are two doube bedroooms with ensuite bathrooms ideal for anyone who finds it hard to do stairs . Each has a showerroom with shower, wc and handbasin. 
Upstairs :The master double bedded room upstairs is 36 sq metres and there are  two twin bedded rooms although in one room these are fairly wide each not 80cm but 120cm wide all having access to showerrooms each with shower, WC and basin, two ensuite and one with a private showerroom wc and basin with access from the landing.The master has an additional exit outside down the stones stairs to the garden. There is a folding bed and two childrens cots available if required.

The house has a large entrance/dining room, a newly installed kitchen and a comfortable sitting room with french doors opening onto the garden and endless views as well as an atelier studio  room 45m2 with a mezzanine area wiht a small double bed 130m with a separate showerroom with wonderful views and there is a second kitchen on the ground floor under the mezzanine with washing machine and dryer and a large seating area.
There is a good mobile signal in the house and internet with Wifi access.

The grounds

The swimming pool (12m x 6m) surrounded by ample space for sunbathing is open from dawn till dusk.
